2. Refund Option: If you determine the dress is not according to your expectations during this video call, you may cancel the order immediately for a full refund.
3. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of cancellation.
4. Final Sale: By approving the dress during the video call, you confirm satisfaction, and the sale becomes final with no returns, exchanges, or refunds accepted after shipment and delivery.
